Shipping Information
All of our product prices include the standard shipping cost within continental U.S.A., there is no extra cost to you. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Oversized and Specialty items require slightly longer shipout
time. We use all the major
carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight companies.
Our Free Shipping allows your product to be delivered within 3-10
business days from the day they are shipped. For expedited shipping requests, Please Contact Us. Remember, UPS will not deliver to a P.O.Box - a physical address is required.
Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
Extra shipping charge and special arrangement are required to ship to these area. Please Contact Us for these requests.
Shipping Damage
In case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier, it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the shipping carrier. Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage or defect.
Returning Merchandise for Refund or Exchange

days after the product has been delivered. Returned product must be in the original package at resalable condition, we will inspect and refund 100% of the purchase price less our initial shipping cost, if you are not satisfied for any reason. In order to make sure your return or refund is properly handled, you must call our office to get a RAN number before you ship the product back to us. WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY RETURN WITHOUT A RAN NUMBER.
It is also important to inspect the product within the 7 day timeline and call us to report any damage or defect immediately. Damaged or defected product will be replaced and/or refunded at no cost to you. After 7 calendar days, only damaged or defected product can be returned and will be replaced according to the manufacture warranty that comes with the product and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all return or refund. No return or refund is allowed beyond 30 days.
We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Product was ordered more than 7 days ago.
2) product was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) product is used or not in a resalable condition.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, just follow these simple steps:
- Contact our offices during normal business hours and explain that you wish to make a return, and the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Write the Return Authorization number down in large print on a piece of paper and place it in the top of the box with the product.
- Item must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, undamaged, and never used, in resalable condition. Please contact our office to get the address where you need to send the package to.
- When the product arrives, it will be examined and we will issue the appropriate refund to your credit card within 3-5 business days

Copper Bathtub/Table, Large or Specialty Items, Clearance Sale Items Shipping and Return Policy
Due to the Size and Weight of some of the specialty items, including but not limited to Copper Bathtub, Copper Tables, Large Sinks, adult signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect your them upon delivery and Contact us to report any damages or defect immediately (within 3 business days). Unless the product is damaged or defected, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged for return and refund due to the special handling and freight charge. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost, and initial shipping and handling costs. No return or refund is allowed beyond 30 days.

Clearance Sale Items: Sales are final, no return or exchanged allowed.

1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.
